“Saint
Martha’s Day” is a designation given to a day of the month when novice/s plan something for the local community. This could be in the form of preparing a dish
to be shared at meals or planning an activity.
On Sunday, November 13, Sr.
Philomena shared her acquired skill at cooking
with Spaghetti “pizza” casserole (something she cooked
for her family). Her assistant, Sr. Helena, tried the new bread machine acquired as a gift and baked the pumpkin bread. See for yourselves!
