Th Singing Heart

The Lord has consecrated me

To help deaf hear and blind to see

I will repeat what needs to be said

Or tell you what I see up ahead

If my heart could talk it would bless every deed

That I can do for all those who are in need

My mouth can talk, joke, or sing with you

If you are lonely and feeling blue

If you are scared or confused and shed a tear

I can tell you that there is nothing to fear

If my heart could talk if would tell you how glad

I am to be comfort to those who are sad

My hands I can give to those to hold

Who have feelings that need not be told

To those who can no longer stride

My feet will give you a quick ride

If my heart could talk it would tell the bliss

Of such a joyful and humble service

With every good thing that I have got

I can be to those what they have not

I can ever joyful and happy be

Because no one can take my Lord from me

The most precious treasure is God's son

The best gift I can give anyone

If my heart could talk it would surely sing

The praises of Lord Jesus Christ our King

If my heart could sing it would sing the song

Of how God showed me just where I belong

In His Presence

I could praise and glorify your name

No words could give you your due acclaim

I could petition for something I think is best

You know what it is I want before I request

I could give to you a prayer of thanksgiving

Poor repayment for joy I have from living

I could pray for you to intercede

You know better than I what I need

I could worship and adore you in everything

I am not worthy to honor so great a king

It feels too little to offer the life I live

God always loves everything that I have to give

Faith and trust in the Lord can be enough

If you know God will help when things get rough

Give to God every single little worry and care

You can not see the future God is already there

He understands all that you are going through

He was also a human once just like you

Sometimes best friends do not have to say a word

What is on your mind has already been heard

My favorite prayer is just to be in his company

That is always the closest thing to heaven for me

I don't remember who you are or your name
I do remember I love you just the same
I don't remember to brush my teeth or my hair
I do remember each and every song and prayer
I don't remember the last meal I was fed
I do remember the day that I was wed
I don't remember what it was that I wanted to say
I do remember the empathy you showed me today
I don't remember where this place is that I live
I do remember I still have so much to give
Loosing my memory may cause me to blunder
It also makes all seem new and full of wonder
The things that I say may not always make sense
The most precious gift to me is your presence
My brain may be dying instead of healing
I can still sense everything you are feeling
You can talk to me and hold my hand
You don't know how much I understand
All of my memories may go away
My love and compassion will always stay
In my heart you will forever have a spot
The heart remembers things that the brain cannot.

Smile because we have the Father, Spirit, and Son.

Smile because there is some goodness in everyone.

Smile because of gifts you have always possessed.

Smile because you always have been richly blessed.

Smile because it can brighten someone's day.

Smile because it enlightens the Lord's way.

Smile because everything created has a purpose.

Smile because it causes happy feelings to surface.

Smile because everything is a grace.

Smile because Jesus prepared a place.

Smile because the Lord is your guide.

Smile because the Lord will provide.

Smile because a failure is never a loss.

Smile because Jesus died for us on the cross.

Smile because you have a free soul.

Smile because Jesus paid your toll.

Smile because things happen for a reason.

Smile because all bear fruit in due season.

Smile because God gave everyone free will.

Smile because He is here with us all still.

Smile because it could always be worse.

Smile because you are not in a hearse.

Smile because you have people who love you.

Smile because you have angels above you.

Smile because there is always a reason to be glad.

Smile because God will always makes good come from the bad.

Smile because there is nothing to fear.

Smile because the Lord is always near.

Smile because the winter will pass.

Smile because in spring grows the grass.

Smile because all is meant to be.

Smile because God loves you and me.

Smile because it looks good on you.

Smile because God's promise is true.

Smile because friendships have been grown.

Smile because mercy has been shown.

Smile because you have made it this far.

Smile because of how happy you are .

Try to smile even when you are feeling blue,

Someday happiness will be sure to find you.

You are only a loser if you are a quitter,

The trials of life can make you better or bitter.

Sadness is just a state of mind,

While joy is a state of being.

When you frown, you look down and you are blind.

When you smile, all the while you are seeing.
